What we never ask for
CryptoLiveHelp will never ask you to share a recovery phrase, private key, wallet password, exchange password or two-factor authentication code. We do not need custody of your funds or remote control of your device to explain a question.
Recognise an impersonator
Be cautious of unexpected messages demanding a payment to unlock support or release funds. A logo or familiar name is not proof of identity. Reach providers through their verified websites and contact CryptoLiveHelp through cryptolivehelp.com.
What is safe to share initially
Start with a broad description, the wallet or platform name and relevant non-sensitive error text. Transaction hashes and addresses are public records but can still reveal financial activity. Share them only when relevant.
If something was exposed
Stop sharing information with the suspicious party and consult the genuine wallet or provider security guidance promptly. The appropriate response depends on the wallet, network and action taken. Do not follow a stranger's instruction to transfer funds or connect another website.
Report a concern
Use our contact page to describe an impersonation or website security concern without posting secrets. We will not request a private key as evidence. See the Security category in our Help Center for further guidance.
