Find the right record
A public transaction hash and the network name are useful starting points. An internal platform reference may describe a withdrawal request rather than a transaction already broadcast to a blockchain.
Read what the status means
We can help explain the destination, asset, fees and confirmation information displayed in a verified network explorer. Different networks use different rules. A confirmed network transfer does not automatically mean a receiving exchange has credited the account.
Avoid trial-and-error transfers
If the network, address or required memo seems wrong, pause and check the relevant provider documentation. Do not send another transfer simply because an unknown helper suggests it. Replacement and cancellation instructions must match the actual network and wallet.
Know who can resolve the issue
A provider must review its own deposit and withdrawal records. CryptoLiveHelp can help you understand those records and prepare a clear support question. We cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transfer.
